Hal Haynes, Jr.

Hal Haynes currently serves as the Dean of Student Services at Ilisagvik College since April 2021. Previously, Hal held various leadership roles in higher education, including Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Northland College and Interim Associate Dean of Students at the University of North Dakota. Hal was also the Vice President for Student Development at Dickinson State University for two decades and served as the Director of Student Life at Blackburn College. Hal Haynes holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Leadership from the University of North Dakota, a Master's in Management from the University of Mary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Berea College.
