Ethan Nichols

Ethan Nichols is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and drug development reporting. Currently serving as Manager of Proposals/RFI at Illingworth Research Group, a Syneos Health Company, since October 2020, Ethan has held multiple titles including Senior Proposal Manager and Proposal Manager. Prior to this role, Ethan worked at Covance from August 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included proposal management and reporting associate tasks, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice regulations. Ethan began their career as a Merchandiser at The Coca-Cola Company and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where research focused on lake contaminants. Ethan holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biomedical Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
