Kimberly Ivester

Kimberly Ivester serves as the Associate Director of Global Operations at Illingworth Research Group, a Syneos Health Company, since August 2023, where substantial relationships with Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies and global healthcare providers are cultivated across multiple clinical trial projects. In addition, Kimberly is an Adjunct Faculty member at Mount Mercy University in the Martin-Herold College of Nursing & Health. Previously, as Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Translational Drug Development, leadership was provided to cross-functional teams managing Ph I-IV clinical trials, and early recognition was achieved for proficiency in building trusting relationships with sponsors and clients. Kimberly also directed project management with a focus on ensuring clinical trial efficiency and budget adherence. The career foundation was established at UnityPoint Health, where a comprehensive Cancer Care division was built from inception, emphasizing patient advocacy and clinical excellence. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Mount Mercy University.
