Melissa Rhode Cae

Melissa Rhode, CAE has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Melissa started their career in 1996 as the County Farm Bureau Manager at the Illinois Farm Bureau, where they served until 1999. Melissa then worked as the Membership Director from 1999 to 2009, before being promoted to Membership and Program Director. In 2016, Melissa became the Marketing Director of the Illinois Farm Bureau. Prior to their time at the Illinois Farm Bureau, they served as the Manager at Boone County Farm Bureau from 1996 to 1999.

Melissa Rhode, CAE obtained a Bachelor's degree in AgBusiness and Art from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives, which they obtained in 2004.
