Umesh Chaudhari

Umesh Chaudhari is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Illinois Blower, Incorporated since May 2023, with previous experience as an intern at PBC Linear, where skills in tools such as SolidWorks and ANSYS were developed. Umesh contributed to the R&D department and participated in the creation of a smart cart prototype, conducted static structural analyses, and enhanced CNC work instructions using Augmented Reality tools. Umesh also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, focusing on anti-icing coatings which resulted in two peer-reviewed publications. Other roles include machine operator assistance at Spraying Systems Co. and cashier at Subway Restaurants. Umesh holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Illinois Chicago.
