Ryan Paroline

Ryan Paroline is currently the Assistant Director of Prospect Research & Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology, a position held since November 2022, where responsibilities include executing reports for major gift officers and assisting with portfolio reviews. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Data & Technology and Development Associate at Ignite, and Program Assistant at The Compassionate Friends, where Ryan coordinated outreach and data management. Internship experiences span WXRT-FM and the Illinois Bar Foundation, focusing on marketing and event planning. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
