Scott Tillman

Scott Tillman, M.Ed, is a dedicated educator and leader currently serving as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of STEAM & Dream Liberation Labs, where initiatives focus on closing the STEM exposure gap for Black and Brown youth. With extensive experience in educational settings, Scott has held roles such as Associate Director of Pre-College Access at Illinois Institute of Technology and College and Post-Secondary Counselor at Noble Schools. Throughout a career that includes teaching English Language Arts and developing programming for diverse learning needs, Scott has demonstrated a commitment to fostering engaging and culturally relevant learning environments. Scott's educational background includes pursuit of a Ph.D. in Technology & Humanities, an M.Ed in Urban Higher Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
