Dave Heinzel is currently the Marketing and Communications Director at Illinois Principals Association. Previously, Dave worked as a Creative Technology Consultant at Consortium for Educational Change, where Dave produced videos, developed interactive tools for districts, and created design collateral. Dave also worked as an Executive Producer at The Studio Show, overseeing artist interviews, band performances, and sketch comedy. Prior to that, Dave was a Creative Media Producer at Springfield Public Schools - District 186, where Dave developed the district website, advised a filmmaking club, and created multimedia content for communication purposes. Dave holds a degree from Illinois State University and attended Lincoln Land Community College.

Illinois Principals Association's mission is to develop, support, and advocate for innovative educational leaders.
