Gihan Mendis

Gihan Mendis, PMP®, SMAC™, currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst at the Illinois State Board of Education, focusing on compliance with career and technical education standards and facilitating workshops for requirement gathering. Gihan previously worked at AIG as a Business Systems Analyst and MarTech Segment Lead, where expertise in MarTech systems and solution implementations was demonstrated. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems from Delta State University and a BSc in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing. Additional experience includes roles at Delta State University as a Graduate Assistant, at CAMMS as both an IT Business Analyst and a Consultant IT Business Analyst, and at ZILLIONe Business Solutions as an External IT Consultant.
