Michael Gum

Michael Gum has worked as the Business Manager and Assistant Principal at Riverton CUSD 14 Schools from July 2008 to June 2022. Michael currently holds the position of Director of School Business Services at the Illinois State Board of Education starting from June 2022.

Michael Gum received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Millikin University in the years 1996 to 2000. Michael then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Illinois Springfield from 2005 to 2008. Lastly, Michael completed a PMC degree in Educational Leadership, Superintendent & CSBO from the University of Illinois Springfield between 2010 and 2013.
