Eric Pan

Eric Pan has extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, currently serving as the Practice Group Strategy Leader and Area President at Gallagher since August 2004. In this role, Eric oversees the Public and Non-Profit branch, managing client retention, business development, and recruiting efforts in the Chicagoland area. Previous positions include Area Vice President, where Eric collaborated with higher education institutions to help manage risk, and Account Executive, focusing on client development and industry knowledge. Additionally, Eric has been an Executive Board Member at the Katie School of Insurance at Illinois State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Risk Management was obtained. An internship at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. provided initial exposure to the insurance industry prior to joining Gallagher.
