Jeffrey Vargo

Jeffrey Vargo is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Senior Assistant Director of Business Administrative Associate in the Department of Event Management, Dining & Hospitality at Illinois State University since September 2014. Previously, Jeffrey held the position of Assistant Director of Residential Operations within Illinois State University Campus Dining Services. Jeffrey has a diverse background, having worked as Operations Manager and Project Manager of New Construction at Restaurant Entertainment Group, and as Owner/Operator of Clearview Inn Steak & Chop House. Additionally, Jeffrey served as Field Director for the Society for Education and Economic Development in Africa and Vice President of Operations at Way-Dan Incorporated. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida, and attended Revere High School and Walsh Jesuit High School.
