Amarpal Matharu

Amarpal Matharu, P.E., MBA, serves as the Traffic Operations Manager at Illinois Tollway since March 2016, bringing extensive experience in project engineering and management from roles at CH2M and AMEC, where multi-disciplinary efforts in highway planning and traffic operations were emphasized. Previous positions include serving as a Board Member for the Evanston Running Club, promoting community engagement through running events, and as President of the Illinois Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, overseeing the activities of 400 engineers. Amarpal's engineering expertise is further highlighted by significant projects completed at Jacobs, including major transportation initiatives in New York.
