Cindy Williams

Cindy Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program implementation and quality assurance. Since 2018, Cindy has served as the Deputy Chief of Program Implementation at the Illinois Tollway, where responsibilities include overseeing various program initiatives. Prior to this role, Cindy spent two decades at the City of Chicago's Department of Transportation, holding the position of Quality Assurance Manager from 1998 to 2018. Cindy holds a degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
