Jocelyn Vana

Jocelyn Vana has extensive experience in finance and budget management, currently serving as Finance Procurement Liaison and Budget Manager at the Illinois Tollway since May 2015. In these roles, Jocelyn develops and reviews agency-wide budgets, conducts data-intensive analyses to support strategic decision-making, and oversees financial models to maintain budget alignment.
