Micquelyn Randall

Micquelyn Randall, SHRM-CP, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Illinois Tollway since March 2020. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at the City Colleges of Chicago and Recruiter at the Academy for Urban School Leadership. Micquelyn's earlier experience includes HR/Office Assistant at R&D HVAC and HR Intern at The Borgen Project, where substantial recruitment and candidate assessment work was performed. Micquelyn also held positions as Field Support Representative at Pangea Properties, Case Manager at the Healthcare Consortium of Illinois, and Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an M.B.A. from Roosevelt University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
