Quentin Jay Ford has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Quentin Jay started their career in 1997 as an Emerging National Account Manager at ADTRAN, where they quickly rose to become an Area Sales Manager. During their tenure, they successfully designed a business plan that significantly increased sales revenue.

After ADTRAN, Quentin worked at ADC, where they held various roles, including Executive Account Manager and Business Development Manager. In these positions, they developed and executed sales revenue strategies and built strong customer relationships. Quentin Jay was instrumental in securing the largest order in ADC Business Unit's history.

From 2008 to 2012, Quentin served at Johnson Controls as Alliance Director & Sales Operations. Quentin Jay identified and implemented strategic alliance partnerships, built market plans, and negotiated contracts. Quentin Jay also held the role of Federal Sector Business Development & Program Management.

In 2012, Quentin took on the role of Vice President of Worldwide Sales at CoolIT Systems Inc., where they successfully expanded the company's cooling solutions into the server, data center, and high-heat electronic markets.

Quentin Jay then joined LiquidCool Solutions in 2014 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. There, they addressed the inefficiencies of air-cooled systems and developed cost-effective solutions for the heat and energy dilemma.

Quentin spent some time at Uptake as the Director of Energy Solutions, leading a team in developing a smart energy platform for smart and connected buildings. Quentin Jay conducted market analysis and prioritized feature development based on industry-specific information and emerging IoT technologies.

Subsequently, Quentin worked at UI LABS as the Director of Membership Development and Client Engagement, where they managed the growth teams for two collaboration centers. Quentin Jay designed growth strategies and implemented sales enablement and client success strategies to achieve retention and expansion targets.

From 2018 to 2023, Quentin served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Sigma Chi Foundation, where they developed strategic marketing plans and executed comprehensive communications and branding strategies.

In 2023, Quentin took on the role of Vice President of Strategic Relations (Board of Directors Volunteer) at the American Marketing Association, Chicago Chapter. Quentin Jay led the strategic relations team and connected marketers with opportunities for knowledge expansion, skill-building, and career growth.

Currently, Quentin is the Chief of Stakeholder Engagement at Illinois Tollway, where they oversee stakeholder relations and engagement efforts.

Quentin Jay Ford has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, specializing in Operations Management, with a field of study in Industrial Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Creating Your Personal Brand from LinkedIn.
