Terry Miller

Terry Miller is an accomplished legal and diversity professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Diversity & Strategic Development at the Illinois Tollway since June 2019, Terry oversees the DBE program and enhances diversity initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where Terry managed enforcement proceedings, and Adjunct Professor of Law at DePaul University, educating law students. Terry's background also includes significant contributions at Exelon and ComEd in supplier diversity and legal asset protection, as well as serving as Senior Assistant City Attorney for Naperville. Terry's educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago, with ongoing studies at The Wharton School.
