Troy Booher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and consulting, particularly within the space and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as a Manager at Illinois Tollway since June 2017, Troy oversees a team focused on compliance and customer support initiatives. Previous roles include Division Chief of IT Infrastructure and Network Communications at Prince William County, Director of Technical and Spacecraft Operations at Azercosmos OJSCo, and Director of Operations at Es'hailSat. As a Management Consultant, Troy launched a consulting firm specializing in space operations and risk management. With a foundational career starting in the United States Space Command, Troy has developed a robust skill set in space operations and information assurance, supported by a B.S. and MBA in Business Management and ongoing studies in Cyber Security at Western Governors University.
