Bob Ries is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits and human resources operations. Currently serving as Sr Director, Benefits & HR Operations at ITW since January 2022, Bob previously held various leadership roles at MTS Systems Corporation from 1995 to January 2022, culminating in the position of Vice President Human Resources Operations. Bob's expertise includes managing executive compensation, talent acquisition, and aligning compensation programs with organizational strategies. With a background in leading global initiatives and redesigning compensation structures, Bob has successfully implemented comprehensive benefits strategies and oversaw significant HR technology rollouts. Bob holds a BS in Business and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
