Christine Gallagher

Christine Gallagher is the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at ITW, responsible for assuring the effectiveness of risk management and control environments. Prior to this role, Christine spent over 16 years at KPMG US, first serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Vice Chair-Advisory, where project management and decision support were key responsibilities. Additionally, as Director of Deal Advisory, Christine led due diligence engagements for various clients in the acquisition and divestiture space, and as a Manager in the audit department, provided assurance services to clients across multiple industries. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College, completed in 1999.
