Garth Gibson

Garth Gibson is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Senior Director, Tax Planning & Transfer Pricing and Tax Counsel at ITW since January 2023. Prior to this role, Garth occupied several key positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance, including Senior Director of Tax Strategy and Director of M&A and Federal Tax Strategy. Garth's extensive experience in tax planning and strategy also includes previous roles at ITW, KPMG US, and EY, where Garth focused on M&A tax and international tax matters. Garth holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.
