Paul Merryweather

Paul Merryweather is a seasoned executive in the automotive industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles at ITW, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Automotive Air Flow Management since July 2024. Prior roles at ITW include serving as Vice President and General Manager focusing on seats and motion in North America and Europe, as well as Global Sales and Engineering Director for fuel and seats. Prior to ITW, Paul Merryweather was Vice President and General Manager at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, and held several managerial positions within ITW Powertrain and ITW Global Fasteners. Early career experience includes sales and engineering roles at Bertrandt AG and Mass Ltd - WKW Group. Paul Merryweather holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with honors in Product Design and Visualization from Bournemouth University.
