Benjamin Sexson

Benjamin Sexson, CFA, currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager at Zimmer Biomet since October 2025. Previously, Benjamin co-founded and held the position of CEO at Monogram Orthopaedics from April 2018 until its acquisition by Zimmer Biomet in October 2025. Benjamin's experience includes roles such as Director of Business Development at Pro-Dex, Inc., and Vice President of PPNR Modeling and Analytics at MUFG Americas. An initial career in finance was shaped at First Wilshire Securities Management, Inc. as an Analyst on the Investment Committee, alongside co-founding Intelligent Mobility International which focuses on assisting mobility in developing countries. Early roles include an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse and a Project Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech and a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Whitman College.
