Sergi Riva

Sergi Riva is an experienced executive in the plastic fasteners industry, currently serving as Vice President & General Manager for the EU Plastic Fasteners Division at ITW since September 2018. Prior roles at ITW include Business Unit Manager and EU Regional Operations Director. Riva held the position of Deputy General Manager at Elausa for a brief period in early 2018 and spent over 12 years at Valeo, where significant accomplishments included managing a plant with €110 million turnover and spearheading industry 4.0 project management for activity growth. Riva's educational background includes management and finance programs from prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School, ESIC Business & Marketing School, INSEAD, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
