Tracy Weber

Tracy Weber, MBA, currently serves as Global Segment IT Director for ITW Welding, overseeing a $1.7 billion IT organization encompassing multiple key brands such as Miller Electric and Hobart Welding Products. Previous experience includes roles as IT Director at Oshkosh Corporation and Application Development & QA Manager at Alta Resources, where Tracy led global teams and managed significant technology platforms. Additional positions at Kimberly-Clark and Miller Electric involved strategic web marketing and eCommerce initiatives, while earlier roles included user experience development at Miles Kimball Company and business operations analysis at US Bank. Tracy holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a BFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
