Tracy Morris

Tracy Morris serves as the 11th President of Illinois Valley Community College since April 2023, marking a significant milestone as the first alum of the college to hold this position. Previously, Tracy held the role of President-Elect at Joliet Junior College from October 2018 to March 2023 and served as Compliance Officer at Illinois Central College from March 2014 to October 2018. Tracy's extensive experience at Illinois Valley Community College includes positions such as Vice President for Student Services and Associate Vice President for Student Services from July 2001 to March 2014, along with earlier roles as Director of Admissions and Records and Counselor/Orientation Coordinator. Tracy's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Adult and Higher Education and a Master’s in Counselor Education from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education from Western Illinois University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Illinois Valley Community College.
