Gina Mandros

Gina Mandros currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Systems and Operations and Consulting Partner at BWF since December 2022. Prior to this role, Gina Mandros held multiple positions at Illinois Wesleyan University from 2017 to 2023, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President for Advancement. Experience also includes serving as Community President and Vice President for Development at Easterseals Central Illinois from 2014 to 2017, and Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Resource Development at United Way of McLean County from 2008 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Illinois State University (2005-2007) and an Associate of Arts from Heartland Community College (2004-2005).
