Mbali Nomthandazo Cele

Mbali Nomthandazo Cele is an experienced HR Services Administrator with a focus on various HR functions including Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, and Talent Management at Illovo Sugar Africa since May 2019.
