Wayne Spivak

Wayne Spivak is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since January 1990, Wayne has served as the President and Chief Financial Officer at SBA * Consulting LTD, specializing in global consulting for CxO positions in companies ranging from start-ups to $100M in revenue. Additional roles include Instructor at Illumeo since September 2016, Contributing Editor for Industry Dive from September 2022 to August 2024, Advisor for OnPlan until September 2023, and Chief Financial Officer for Kanopy Holdings, Inc., where Wayne facilitated a successful Round "B" financing. Wayne has contributed to management consulting through Management Interactive LLC, engaged with mid-market finance professionals at Argyle Executive Forum, and authored numerous articles across various magazines and online platforms. Educationally, Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pace University and has attended Cornell University’s summer programs.
