Traci McGaha

Traci McGaha, MHRM, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Supervisor of Human Resources at illumifin since August 2017, Traci previously held the role of People Operations Manager at Independence Pet Group and served as an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College, focusing on Human Resources Management. Traci's prior experience includes significant leadership positions such as Human Resources Director at RYZE Claim Solutions, where Traci implemented change management strategies, and as Supervisor/Lead Trainer at Mitchell's Fish Market. Early career roles include recruiting Engineers for Aerotek and serving as Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Traci holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Michigan State University. Traci is also certified by SHRM.
