Roxana Groen

Roxana Groen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roxana'smost recent position was as an Office Manager at illumin (AcuityAds Inc.) starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Manager at the Toronto Centre for Naturopathic Medicine from February 2021 to October 2022, where they supported clinic owners, managed daily schedules, and created a welcoming environment for patients.

Roxana also held a role as the Director of Children's Ministry at Hillsong Church - Toronto from January 2017 to November 2021, where they optimized program schedules, managed the program budget, and communicated information about weekly activities.

Before that, Roxana worked as a Cashier Customer Service at FRESHCO, LTD. from January 2018 to February 2021, where they assisted customers, restocked merchandise, and processed sales transactions. Roxana also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Bentley Leathers & Luggage from January 2017 to September 2018, where they provided customer service, processed sales, and trained team members.

From 2014 to 2016, Roxana Groen attended Hillsong International Leadership College, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Organizational Leadership.
