Dana Lucas

Dana Lucas, CSCP, serves as the Director of Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning at Illumina, a position held since March 2018, with a focus on end-to-end demand planning, S&OP, and inventory planning for a $4.5 billion annual revenue portfolio. Significant achievements include optimizing forecast models to improve forecast bias, reducing global inventory by 13%, and leading a team of 15 planners and managers. Prior roles at Illumina included Associate Director and Sr. Manager in S&OP, contributing to notable improvements in S&OP maturity and the implementation of SAP IBP. Dana holds a B.S. in Public Relations with minors in Management Studies and Political Science from Syracuse University.
