Ing. Vincent Koot

Ing. Vincent Koot is a highly experienced field service engineer currently serving as a Staff Field Service Engineer at Illumina since July 2015, with previous roles as a Senior Field Service Engineer and Field Service Engineer. Prior to Illumina, Vincent worked at Martin Busch & Sohn from March 2012 to July 2014, focusing on sales and customer advisory for high pressure systems. Vincent's early career includes a role as an Inorganic Chemistry and Catalysis Technician at Utrecht University, where responsibilities included catalyst testing and hydrogen storage research, and as an Analyst at Uniroyal Chemical, specializing in HPLC and GC analysis for herbicides and pesticides. Vincent holds a degree in Polymers and Plastics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
