Sarah Caldwell

Sarah Caldwell is an experienced quality engineer with a robust background in design quality engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Design Quality Engineer at Illumina since April 2023, Sarah was previously a Senior Design Quality Engineer at BD, where contributions included the development of the site-specific GPDS process and conducting Voice of the Customer studies. Earlier roles include NPD R&D Quality Engineer at Bard Access Systems, where site visits were conducted to identify unmet customer needs, and Post Market Quality Engineer at Stryker Sustainability Solutions, focusing on verification and validation testing in collaboration with R&D. Sarah's career began as a Quality Engineering Intern at Cayenne Medical, providing support in testing and documentation. Sarah holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
