Berdan Oram

Berdan Oram is currently an Associate Talent Partner at Illuminet, a technology consultancy and recruitment firm, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Berdan served as a Youth Worker at the British Alevi Federation from May 2018 to February 2019, where responsibilities included educating and supporting youth while promoting cultural awareness. Berdan holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics from the University of Bath, completed in July 2023, and has A-level qualifications from Poole High School, achieved between 2013 and 2020.
