Lisa had played a key role in leading clinical research and compliance organizations at major medical device companies like Stryker Corporation and DJO Global. She started her career with Stryker, where she spent 11 years , in engineering, marketing and clinical research roles , supporting exponential growth of their global trauma business. She subsequently helped build and lead the healthcare compliance function and developed a platform for managing healthcare provider interactions. Lisa then moved to clinical research at DJO Global, where she developed a device registry platform, implemented EDCs, and patient interactive technologies. She also led two Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) trials. Lisa was most recently at Metavention, where she was instrumental in establishing the global viability of the device. Lisa holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
