Liz Isom

Liz Isom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success Operations at Illumio since August 2025, Liz previously held the position of Vice President of Global Customer Services Operations at Palo Alto Networks from June 2023 to August 2025, where an 84-member team was led to achieve a 10% year-over-year reduction in operational expenses. Prior to that, Liz was a member of Chief and spent nearly two decades at VMware in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy, Planning & Operations. Throughout the career, Liz has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational strategy, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operations across teams, contributing to significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Liz Isom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
