Radhika Rayadu

Radhika Rayadu is an experienced professional in User Experience design, currently serving as Manager of User Experience at Illumio since July 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing design and research for the product portfolio across various platforms. Prior to this role, Radhika held the position of Principal Product Designer at Medallia, focusing on operational customer experience management. Radhika's extensive background includes serving as a UX Architect at VMware, Staff User Experience Designer at Cisco Systems, and various engineering roles at Juniper Networks, Netscreen Technologies, and OneSecure Inc. Radhika began a career in software engineering at 3com after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University.
