Esther Nam

Esther Nam has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Esther most recently worked at Illumix as a Recruiter/HR Generalist starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at JustFoodForDogs as a Recruiter from November 2019 to September 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, they were employed at JLM Strategic Talent Partners, where they initially served as a Recruitment/Administration Intern before transitioning to the role of Strategic Relationship Specialist.

In 2016, Esther interned at Career Excellence Academy, and from 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Lab Assistant at the Institute for Terahertz Science and Technology, where they collaborated with engineers and CAD designers to develop an electron undulator. Esther also documented the progress of the research program through videos and photos and participated in design projects for modules.

Esther's earlier work experience includes a brief stint as a Social Media Intern at Room Magic Furniture in 2013 and an internship as a Lab Assistant at UCSB - Institute for Terahertz Science and Technology in 2012, where they utilized project management software and worked on designing and testing modules for the undulator system. Overall, Esther has demonstrated a strong background in recruitment and administration, as well as experience in laboratory settings and multimedia production.

Esther Nam earned their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2014. Esther then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach from 2014 to 2016.
