Vincent Fliniaux

Vincent Fliniaux has a diverse range of work experience in the field of sound design and game audio. Vincent is currently working as a full time freelance Sound Designer at Illuvium.io, where they are responsible for designing sound signatures for creatures and their evolution stages, creating soundscapes for different regions, recording bespoke sound libraries, designing UI and HUD sounds, creating open world audio content, and implementing sound in Wwise and Unreal 4. Vincent is also involved in creating sound for trailers and digital campaigns for the game.

In 2018, Vincent was an Associate Founder at Bruits. Studio. Since 2019, they have also been working as a Teacher for Game Audio at Musitechnic. Prior to that, they worked at Articulated Sound Effects Libraries from 2017 to 2021, where they were responsible for field recording, sound design, edition, curating, and mastering.

Vincent has also gained experience as a freelance Sound Artist since 2015, working on various projects. Vincent briefly worked as a Freelance Sound Designer at Game On (studio) in 2017 and at Vibe Avenue from April to May 2017.

Vincent Fliniaux began their education in 2009 at Université de Bourgogne, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Musicology. Vincent attended the university until 2012. Following that, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled in Conservatoire de Chalon sur Saône to earn a DEM (Diplôme d'Etudes Musicales) degree specializing in Modern Music & Jazz. Finally, in 2013, Vincent joined Université de Montréal, completing their Bachelor's degree in Digital Music in 2016.
