Andrea Santin

Andrea Santin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andrea began their career as a consultant at Summit in 2000. Andrea then joined Ferrari S.p.A. in 2004 as an HR Development & Compensation Manager before becoming an HR Manager in the F1 Racing Team. In 2008, they transitioned to illycaffè as the Head of Organizational Development and later took on roles such as Human Resources Executive, Human Resources Business Partner and HR Competence Center Director, and most recently, Human Resources Director. Andrea has demonstrated expertise in various areas of HR including HR administration, HR practices development, and HR standards definition globally.

Andrea Santin obtained a degree in Economia e Commercio from Università degli Studi di Trieste between the years 1993 and 2000. In addition, Santin completed the illy Executive Program in Business Administration and Management, General from MIB Trieste School of Management during the period of 2013 to 2014.
