Mag. Otmar Frauenholz

Mag. Otmar Frauenholz serves as the General Manager for Austria and Germany at illycaffè since January 2020. Prior to this role, Frauenholz held the positions of Business Development Lead and Nestlé Coffee Strategy Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA from May 2014 to December 2019, and General Manager for the European Channels Group at Xerox from April 2008 to April 2014. Additional experience includes roles at Xerox as Director of Customer Service Organisation and Customer Service Business Development Manager for the DACH & BENELUX regions, as well as Firmenkundenberater at Oberbank. Frauenholz's educational background includes a Mag. rer. soc. oec. in Transportwirtschaft und Logistik from WU Vienna, advanced management studies at The University of Manchester, and participation in various leadership and quality management programs.
