Paul Arnaud has a diverse work experience in various companies. Paul started their career at Danone in 2005 as a Sales Representative, where they managed customer negotiations and executed promotional strategies. Paul then became a Category Marketer, responsible for analyzing market information and managing the product assortment. In 2009, Paul joined Kraft Foods as a Trade Marketer and was later promoted to be the Responsible Sales Export for biscuits. In 2011, they joined Reckitt Benckiser as a Key Account Manager, where they managed accounts like Carrefour, Grupo Corte Ingles, Lidl, and Aldi. Paul then worked at Coty Inc. as a National Key Account Manager before joining Groupe Lactalis in 2016 in the same position. Currently, they are the Head of Retail Sales at illycaffè from November 2020.

Paul Arnaud has a comprehensive education history. Paul completed their master's degree in administration and business management at the University of Valencia in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they obtained their master's degree in administration and business management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2003-2004.
