Mikko Lantto

Mikko Lantto is the EVP of Technology and Development at Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Mikko has previously worked as the Head of Financial Services at Tieto and Head of Outsourcing Services at Atea Finland Oy.

Lantto has extensive experience in leading digitalization transformation journeys for multiple financial, banking, and pension industry customers. Mikko is responsible for infra-, application-, and DevOps service deliveries, sales, growth, and customer satisfaction. Mikko also has a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality deliveries, growth, talent development & management, and cost control.

Lantto has a proven track record of creating strong business growth in the outsourcing services area. Mikko is a skilled leader with a focus on changing the leadership culture from reseller to the service provider. Mikko has also successfully changed the financial structure and built capabilities to understand company cost structure and steer business with numbers.

Mikko Lantto has a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in the city of Tampere. Mikko also has a degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
