Susanne Skippari

Susanne Skippari is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources, talent management, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Ilmarinen since March 2024, Susanne held various leadership roles at KONE from March 2007 to June 2024, including Executive Vice President of People and Communications, as well as responsibilities overseeing talent management globally. In addition to KONE, Susanne was a non-executive Board Member at Uponor from March 2022 to December 2023, contributing to the People and Remuneration Committee until the company’s successful sale. Earlier career experiences include ownership of EquePartners and HR management roles at Nokia in Latin America. Susanne holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizations from the Turku School of Economics.
