Jaana Klinga

Jaana Klinga serves as General Counsel at iLOQ since October 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles including Group General Counsel at Nokian Tyres plc and Partner, General Counsel at PwC Finland. With a legal career that began at Ahlstrom, Jaana has held various positions in legal counsel, including Senior Legal Counsel and Project Manager in Corporate HR. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil (contract) law from the University of Helsinki and a Matriculation degree from Lahden Yhteiskoulu.
