Ron Navratil

Ron Navratil has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Ron started their career at OEM/Miller division of ILPEA Industries Inc. in 1998 as a Project Engineer. Ron then worked their way up to become the Engineering Manager in 2003 and the Plant Manager in 2014, where they remained until 2018. In December 2018, Ron Navratil joined ILPEA Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations.

Ron Navratil attended St. Edward High School from 1989 to 1993. Ron then continued their education at Ohio University from 1993 to 1998. No specific degree or field of study was provided.
