Jo Loneragan is currently the Head of People & Culture at Independent Living Specialists since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jo worked as the People & Culture Manager at Cashrewards in 2018. With extensive experience in human resources, Jo also held roles at Sanger Australia from 2014 to 2018 and Agfarm Pty Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Jo's career began at Citco Fund Services where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2001 to 2009. In terms of education, Jo earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW in 2003. Additionally, at Loneragan Family Enterprises, Jo was a founding partner and held the title of Chief Cook and Bottle Washer from 2009 to 2012, responsible for the creation of three junior employees.
