Maria Spångberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Maria is currently the Global Head of Customer Care & Customer Success at ILT Inläsningstjänst/ILT Education, where they are responsible for managing customer care and ensuring customer success. Prior to this, Maria worked as the Team Lead Customer Success Nordics at the same company.

Additionally, Maria has experience in sports coaching, having worked as a National Team Coach for the Swedish junior national swim team at Svenska Simförbundet. Maria also worked as a Web Editor and Project Assistant at Svenska Simförbundet, where they played a role in developing a new website and organizing swimming championships.

Before that, Maria held various roles, including Office Manager at Artro Clinic and IT Support at SCC Projektledning.
